These are the terms and conditions for using the Hawkridge Spirits. This Site is maintained and operated by Hawkridge Spirits (the “Company”).

If you are accessing, browsing or using this Site, you accept that you have read and agreed to be bound by the below Terms of Use (“Terms”). Hawkridge Spirits reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this document. The company will not change these Terms in relation to orders which have been placed and confirmed by the company before any amendments are made. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to our Site Privacy Policy.

By engaging with any part of the site, you accept, without limitation the Terms herein. Should you not agree with all of the Terms set out below, you may not use any part of the site. The company reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

We reserve the right to amend the available services and products on our Site and to amend any aspect of the Site without notice.  We will not be liable in any way to you or to any other third party for making such amendments. Your use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

You are permitted to only use the Site for your personal use and in accordance with the following Terms.   • Communicating or transmitting any false information, or postings which are discriminatory, defamatory, degrading, abusive, derogatory, hateful, false, misleading, inaccurate, fraudulent, malicious, harassing, threatening, offensive, racist, obscene, indecent, vulgar or pornographic.

Registration and Passwords

To be able to access certain areas of the Site, you may need to provide specific information about yourself. Any such information must be truthful. You must not use any aliases or other methods to hide your identity. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and access information.  You will be solely responsible and liable for any use and unauthorized use under your access codes or passwords. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time without notice.

Discount Codes

If you have received a promotional discount code, this must be input during checkout. We only permit that one code be used at checkout. No codes can be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively. Offers are non transferable and non redeemable for cash or credit.

We reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw discount codes at any time. We reserve the right to reject discount codes if we suspect involvement in any fraudulent activity.

Proprietary Rights

You agree that the content available on the Site is the property of Hawkridge Spirits or our partners and is protected by, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights / laws. All of our Site’s content is the property and copyright of Hawkridge Spirits. All rights reserved. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, no license is granted to you and no rights are conveyed by virtue of accessing or using the Site.

Disclaimers

Hawkridge Spirits is not responsible if you are not able to gain access the Site in part or entirely because your internet connection, the performance of your ISP or any other event outside Hawkridge Spirits control. If you cannot access the Site partially or at all because any of these reasons, Hawkridge Spirits will not refund monies paid by you or offer any compensation.

Severability

If any part of these Terms shall be held or declared to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective but shall not affect any other part of these Terms.
